Again this artist has decided to use a hand drawn,old fashioned look to the cover. This is because it relates to the fun music on the CD.
This album features artistic designs rather than photos. This links to the type of music as it is sort of quirky and individual. On the shelf of a music store this would stand out from other covers as it in a comic style.
